Job Summary:
The Support Admin is responsible for assisting the Member Support Team by managing various administrative tasks critical to the team’s operations. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, the ability to adapt quickly to new systems and processes, and a proactive, self-motivated approach. A strong understanding of sales funnels and the tools used in digital publishing is highly beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process declined orders, member refunds, voids, and duplicate orders promptly and accurately.
- Collaborate with the Member Support Team to ensure smooth operational workflows.
- Maintain organized records of transactions and communication logs.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in order or payment records.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving administrative processes.
- Utilize tools such as Infusionsoft, Clickfunnels, merchant accounts, and Google Drive to perform daily tasks efficiently.
- Support ongoing team projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to pick up new processes and systems quickly.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Highly driven and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Understanding of sales funnels and related processes is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with tools like Infusionsoft, Clickfunnels, merchant accounts, and Google Drive is preferred.
- Experience in a similar administrative or support role is a plus.
